Shipping policy

  • Primal Precision is an authorized dealer/reseller of sporting goods and does not stock all of the products shown on the Primal Precision website. Shipping may take longer than expected based on manufacturer shipping and unexpected backorders. Customers placing orders on Primal Precision understand that some products may have extended shipping and delivery times and placing orders, accept policy as written.
  • Customer must communicate in writing via PrimalPrecision@icloud.com any concerns about shipping or delivery expectations and allow two business days for Primal Precision to respond with information on potential unforeseen shipping delays or manufacturer backorders.  By purchasing product from Primal Precision, customer agrees to not issue a chargeback unless Primal Precision is allowed to first issue full refund due to manufacturer backorder or product delays of any kind, including natural disasters, situations beyond Primal Precision control, freight/shipping carrier delays or any unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Domestic shipping only (or country-specific limits, depending on laws)

  • No shipping to restricted states/regions (e.g., California, New York) if laws prohibit it

  • Signature confirmation on high-value items

  • Carriers used: UPS, FedEx, USPS

  • Delivery times vary as per product availability and manufacturing backorders
  • ID verification may be required before shipping
